Location Sportsmens Dog Training Club 1930 Tobsal Court Warren, MI 48091
1 block south of I696, on the east side of Dequindre
9-12am Beginner thru Novice dogs
Topics include: odor handling, handling your dog, timing, space, trust, footwork, leash handling, pressure, scent flow/weather, scent game and working time on scent.
It is recommended that you also stay and audit the afternoon session so you have an idea of what will be expected from your dog down the road and truly understand why this foundation is so important! You do get a price break on the audit fee because you had a working spot in the AM
1-4pm Afternoon Session – AKC Excellent/UKC Elite level
Topics will include: clearing a room and owner driven alerts as well as skills needed to succeed at the highest levels of SW competition.
*As to avoid repeating what her foundation is, Working spots in this session requires attending the AM foundation session as auditor, additional fee is required, but you do get a price break because you have reserved a working spot in the afternoon
Her training program has been so successful because of the Foundation work and she knows it will be helpful in your training program!
* Dog needs to be proficient on all UKC/AKC scents – if anyone is only AKC or UKC she can manage which ones she uses.
